K-array USA Custom Finish Order Form

K-array offers a variety of custom color finishes for most speakers and accessories (denoted by “X” in the SKU Name). Our goal is to ensure your product arrives exactly as you envisioned. Please fill out the following information so we can determine the exact process to use.

Please specify the type of finish and details for each custom product. Lead time for RAL powder coat and premium plated finishes from the factory is typically 12-14 weeks. US based paint process is typically 4-6 weeks.

Terms and Conditions

Custom colors & finishes MUST be specified on the purchase order. Each custom color ordered will be charged an additional $250 setup charge per color, per order. Custom plated, premium finishes, custom painted or products manufactured to custom specifications are non-returnable. All custom product orders require a 50% deposit.

Please note: Returns of finished custom products will not be accepted.
