K-array Powers Watch Party for FIFA Women’s World Cup

The FIFA Women’s World Cup returns, this year uniquely hosted by Australia and New Zealand, welcoming 32 teams from around the globe to compete at the highest level of women’s professional soccer.

To bring the excitement closer to home, the Ford Center at The Star in Dallas, Texas—also known for hosting Dallas Cowboys practices—hosted a Watch Party on July 21 in collaboration with Frito Lay. Fans gathered to celebrate the United States’ opening match against Vietnam and join in pregame festivities curated by FOX Sports.

To deliver clear, high-quality audio in this open-air facility, Danmark Audio, Texas-based production specialists, deployed a K-array KR802 II Pinnacle System in a left/right flown configuration. The setup amplified both gameday audio and pregame content, ensuring every cheer, commentary, and announcement reached the audience with precision and clarity.

With K-array’s compact, powerful systems, the Dallas Watch Party recreated the energy of the stadium while keeping the setup visually unobtrusive, letting fans focus on the action and excitement of the Women’s World Cup.
