Inside K-array’s Software Suite

Smarter Design, Faster Installations, Better Control

In the U.S. professional audio market, great sound is only one part of a successful installation. Designers, integrators, and end users also need tools that make systems easier to plan, deploy, control, and support. K-array’s software suite brings all of that together, improving workflow and elevating performance across hospitality, retail, entertainment, corporate, and residential environments.

Designing with K-Framework 3

K-Framework 3 is the foundation of the design process. It lets system designers simulate spaces in 3D, analyze SPL and frequency response, calculate reverberation times, and predict STI for speech intelligibility. In more challenging venues, Electronic Beam Steering helps deliver precise coverage using select K-array products. By modeling systems before installation, integrators reduce risk and ensure accurate loudspeaker and amplifier selection.

Installation and Tuning

For larger venues and systems, K-Framework 3 can connect to K-array amplifiers and import settings directly from KF3 designs, allowing users to design their systems before deployment. For smaller installations and more streamlined programming, K-Monitor can be used to discover amplifiers, and the linked K-array Web App offers browser-based control for routing, EQ, multi-zone management, scheduling, and onboard playback. The K-Connect app speeds up discovery and identification of devices from mobile devices, saving technicians valuable setup time.

Everyday Control

Once the system is active, K-Control provides end users with simple, intuitive control from a phone or tablet. Volume, sources, and zones are accessible through a custom-designed interface. For deeper integration needs, K-array works natively with Crestron, Control4, Q-SYS, Crestron Home, and automation systems using dedicated plugins and open APIs.

Remote Monitoring and Long-Term Support

For integrators managing multiple U.S. sites, K-Cloud delivers secure remote access, allowing adjustments and troubleshooting without an on-site visit. K-Monitor adds diagnostic tools, firmware management, and system checks to ensure long-term reliability and minimal downtime.

A Connected Ecosystem

Each K-array software tool supports a different phase of an installation, yet all work together as a unified ecosystem, from design with K-Framework 3 to everyday operation with K-Control and long-term support through K-Cloud and K-Monitor. K-Academy provides additional training and resources for professionals at any experience level.

K-array software suite strengthens every stage of an AV project, making it easier for professionals to deliver exceptional sound with greater efficiency and confidence.
