K-array USA Announces Sales Team Changes and New Appointments
K-array USA is announcing several changes to its U.S. team as the company continues to strengthen its presence across the United States.
As part of the changes, Andrew DeCesare has been appointed National Sales Director of Commercial and Professional Sales. In his new role, DeCesare will lead the commercial sales strategy for K-array USA and oversee the company’s commercial sales representatives across the country.
The appointment brings a dedicated national focus to the commercial and professional side of the business, with DeCesare responsible for developing sales strategy, supporting the commercial rep network, and helping guide the continued growth of K-array’s commercial business in the U.S.
Sam Spennacchio will transition into the role of Consultant Liaison, placing greater emphasis on an area where he is already well established within the industry. Spennacchio has built strong relationships with consultants throughout his time with K-array USA, and the new role allows him to focus more directly on those relationships and the opportunities they create.
Matteo Zarcone is also joining the team as Brand Ambassador/Product Specialist. Based in Los Angeles, Zarcone will continue to work from the West Coast while expanding his role to support K-array initiatives across the entire U.S.
Zarcone will work alongside the sales team, providing product expertise and supporting K-array’s existing and future production partners. His background as a producer, composer, musician, and DJ also brings a valuable connection to the production and live entertainment communities.
Al Hayes serves as Regional Sales Manager for K-array and Powersoft in the TOLA region, covering Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Based in Houston, Hayes brings extensive experience in music retail, AV integration, manufacturer representation, and territory sales. He will continue to manage sales, territory development, and customer relationships for both brands throughout the region.
Rounding out the changes, Jaia Burrill has joined K-array USA as Office Manager at the company’s Needham, MA location. Burrill will support day-to-day office operations and help meet the growing administrative needs of the U.S. team.
Together, the appointments create a more focused structure across K-array USA, with dedicated leadership for commercial sales, greater attention to the consultant community, expanded product and production support, and additional resources for the company’s U.S. operations.
