The K-array USA Dealer Loyalty program is an invitation-only program offered to dealers we feel we can work closely with to increase our collective business. It’s not only about increasing business - it’s about building relationships and exploring the creativity and unbounded experience that designing with K-array offers and having fun doing it! It’s about sharing the excitement that comes from designing aesthetically pleasing solutions that allow you to provide your clients with the superior look, sound & feel they desire for their specific spaces, and creating customers who are not simply “satisfied” but “thrilled” with the results. We have found that when we work closely with and support our design/build dealers who recognize that K-array provides superior solutions for a wide variety of installations, we all elevate our craft. Offering unique solutions that are fundamentally different from the competition also allows you to differentiate your company from your competition.

We have developed the K-array USA Dealer Loyalty Program specifically for design/build projects and for technically skilled dealers with available internal resources in sales, engineering, and field installation/project management. This Dealer Program requires that the Dealer become “Certified” by attending both K-academy Certified Designer and Certified Installer training programs, passing the exams, and agreeing to an annual purchase commitment with K-array USA. Our goal in this process is for you to become more self-sufficient and confident in understanding the fundamentals of designing and installing K-array products, allowing your company & K-array USA to grow together efficiently with increased sales, margin, and opportunities.

How it Works

The dealer’s role:

1. Design & build your projects with K-array systems, and endeavor to propose an alternative K-array design for projects specified that include other manufacturers' brands.

2. Commit to yearly purchases starting at $50k. This is a 3-tier program where you can move up or down in level. Your progress is reviewed, and adjustments are made each quarter. 

3. Certified Installer & Certified Designer. Proficiency in K-framework3 prediction software is a must. 

4. Preregister projects (min. 6 weeks in advance) and provide information post installation for our marketing team to make proper and interesting case studies (including hi-res photos).

5. Promote, create, and schedule regular online K-array posts to your social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc).  Could also be in the form of email blasts to your customer base (min 1 per month).  Includes liking K-array/K-array USA social media sites and sharing our posts.

6. Provide first-line hard & soft support for all K-array products used in your projects.

7. Meet/exceed your yearly commitment.
